Campi di Cascio is a house near Castagneto Carducci in Tuscany, surrounded by dense forest and vibrant nature. Originally bought as the ruin of an old pigsty in 1984, it slowly grew into a modern Tuscan home over the following two decades — shaped by my parents and countless people who joined the project to help. That spirit has endured ever since — even now that the house has a swimming pool, something utterly unthinkable in the early days without electricity or running water. It was here, amid the turmoil of renovations, that Joel built his Arche, and here that my own project, Freihype, took place. For me, it's always been a second home where I spend a lot of time, enjoying the quietness, helping to maintain the house, and getting it ready for the rental season.
